Not only do I love to play basketball – I played for my country’s national team – but I am also an accomplished athlete holding the record for the 200M sprint in my country. I am fanatical about all sports and love playing volleyball. I used to do kick boxing and Aikido (Japanese martial art) in which I have a purple belt.

I work with individuals and groups of all ages and sizes. While working as a PT (Personal Trainer) and a basketball coach in Oxford I spent a lot of time working with teenagers. However, my youngest client is currently 14 and my oldest is 80.

As you will probably be aware, if you’re willing to invest in a PT (Personal Trainer), there are quite a few out there. So what makes me different? First I LOVE my job, so I can give people that extra patience and make it fun too! Second (and more importantly) I get RESULTS. Most of my weight management clients both male and female have dropped (or gained) 2 to 3 sizes by following my advice.

If you choose to train with me you can expect expert health and advice from someone who has a genuine passion for helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. I also recognise that people lead busy lives and may be intimidated stepping into a gym for the first time – that’s where my patience and understanding can really make a difference.
